Hi there! Anyone have advice for dealing with a toxic team? Management is very sparse and attrition is high.. I’m leaning towards finding a new job because I’m getting nightmares about Zoom calls and work emails.

Have any of your held a zoom meeting or session with parents? My experiences so far have shown me the importance of computer literacy and i think parents need a training session.

I’m a first-year corporate associate planning on leaving in Sept. for a 2-year MBA. The idea when I first registered for the MBA was obviously to move away from BigLaw, but I’m not opposed to coming back to the firm.
