ZS fish, Had an interview for Business Technology Consultant just over a week ago and despite repeated attempts (four times now) recruiter says she still hadn't heard feedback. Is this basically her saying no? it's been over a week now and I have another offer from B4 for Manager that expires soon, ZS knows about the offer but are now taking a lot of time. B4 offer is 190k and ZS in level setting with recruiter said about 165k plus 14k COLA.

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"
