What is a reasonable salary hike (percentage wise) when moving from the South (SC, Atlanta, etc.) to Bay Area to maintain the same quality of life. Assuming no other raises such as promotion - simply relocation with a new company.

Can anyone tell me what normal SC consulting pay is? I’ve been with Deloitte coming up on 3 years and I’m still at 65K. (Never got a signing bonus either) I’m getting promoted to SC this May and hoping for 90K but am positive they’ll fall short and even 90K seems low to me. (But I did have perfect scatterplots and 150hrs of FIs) I’m a forensic consultant and am currently pursuing an MS in data analytics. I’m beyond fed up of being underpaid but am having a hard time finding a new job.
