Compensation difference between both is 10% .
Being from SAP background ,which one will be best to choose considering on-site opportunities, work life balance,pay hikes, projects .
Also , what is the standard CTC for a senior consultant in Deloitte USI.

I'm trying to attend several interviews. My current CTC is <10LPA, therefore even if I switch jobs and am offered a package that is 40%–50% higher than my current CTC, my new income won't be much higher than 12LPA–13LPA. However, I am on the lookout for even better ones. So, if there is a negotiation, can I mention to HR that I already have an offer of at least 12 lpa and persuade them to give me more? Will this ruse succeed? Or will they demand to show an offer letter?

I want to share my TCS interview experience. I got selected for one project TR, MR everything was over. The manager of the project confirmed me that I m selected and I will get offer letter soon. I was excited to join TCS due to job security,wlb, etc.
Later when I check with the HR they are saying we couldn't proceed as you are selected for some other project. I was shocked to hear this. But till now i m waiting for other project call 😂. I lost trust in TCS. They are wasting our time,efforts

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I was hired into legato through SP software private limited, a middle man who told that

I will be reporting from the 1st day to legato itself. My ID card and laptop will also be from legato. But 1st six months of salary will be under SP software payroll. After 6 months legato will release payroll under their name.

Can I trust them and join legato or opt for other company?
