Urgh, can’t find a domestic award ticket over a 2 month period under 45k United miles per ticket. Hub to hub as well (to be fair $ prices are ridiculous but still though I could find a red eye with a connection or something in saver as a 1k).

Starting soon, have a stupid question. How do you earn points from flying in consulting? Do you buy the flights with your own credit card (e.g. mileageplus, aeroplan) and get refunded? Or do you just buy flights with the corporate card and start a points account with that?

Hope all are well. I have a query regarding KPMG Global services joining date. In offer letter, it is mentioned that tentative joining date is 27th June 2022 and I have other offers so rejecting them to choose KGS.
Is it safe to wait 2 weeks for the same?
I have asked them to pre-pone to 20th June but haven't received any replies yet.

I will be joining new company on 15th JUN 2022. I have offer from three companies but very much confused. Any feedback will be appreciated.
Cardinal health- 24.3lpa + 12% variable + 2.4 lpa jb- revised offer after counter negotiation
Kpmg global services- 24 lpa + around 10% variable + 1 lakh joining bonus- can negotiate little bit
Cognizant- ready to match 24.3 fixed + 70k variable + 2 lakh jb
Please provide your feedback. I have to make decision by Monday

I got a mail from KPMG Global Services HR that I have cleared technical rounds and to fill few employment application form documents post which HR interview will be scheduled and offer letter initiated. May I know how many days it will take for the same?
My last working day in current organisation is 13th June and other offers I have starts from 16th June. Will I be able to get offer letter from KGS before that?
