Hi. I’m thinking about renting my place in Boston and am trying to figure out the price. It’s in the south end, and it’s a newer condo. It’s 1 bed + den. Downside is that there are not very many amenities (only have a shared roof deck). Full amenity units in nearby buildings are in the $4200+ range, so I was thinking $3800 or so. Is that unreasonable since I don’t have a pool/gym/game room?

Recently contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. I interviewed with her and then her supervisor. I have another interview with the actual company today. Currently at base of 150k plus 20% bonus in the Midwest. New company is located in California (San Bernadino), recruiter asked my target, and I asked the hiring range is… she said 200-250k plus bonus. Originally I said 230k but started looking at housing. It’s very expensive. I’m waiting to see how the interview today goes and their offer cont..

Investment Banking deal flows are drier than the Aral Sea, and layoffs/jobinsecurities will be rising there to? Not sure if they'll be ready for Round 2, but Round 3 is going to be even worse than usual?
