Hey fishes, I applied for Presales role at Hexaware and I am through the technical rounds. Now, for HR round how should I negotiate?
Work Experience: 5+ YOE
Background: Engineering + MBA from premier B-school
CCTC: ~ 14 LPA
ECTC: ~ 21 LPA
How is Hexaware Technologies in terms of pay and will the HR low ball hard on ECTC?
Folks,
I am into developer role currently however after 3 YOE i realised I am not good at it neither interested at all
But i like working in corporate and more to client's or business side of it. Not the technical.
Shall i pursue MBA in marketing/business analytics and turn my career into direction which seems more aligned to my interest ?
What would be the scope and opportunities in these areas.
Experienced people please throw some light.

Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat.
