Would companies pay for me to get an MBA if I'm an Oracle consulting looking to move into strategy?

Currently a transactional junior associate at a v10 from a non brand name law school. Thinking of applying to a top 1 year MBA (maybe Kellogg or NYU) to explore non law career angles. Would ideally like to work at a startup maybe as chief of staff/legal counsel blend? Has anyone done something similar and would the MBA provide any value add in terms of education, network, or not being pigeonholed as a lawyer?

YOE: 2 with fast promotions
EC: Started nonprofit, this is also my goal post-MBA; leadership positions at Accenture plus ones and the military

She was not working for past 4 years and now wants to resume her career but in a different field. She also has a MBA in HR and Marketing. Will she be able to land a job with the above career history?

Right now (Fresher MBA), I am going through placement season in Tier 2 MBA College in Bengaluru. Due to the slow down in economy companies are hiring less and I am more interested into Core Finance Role like Financial Analyst, Due Diligence, Risk Advisory rather than siting for any company and I did my internship at ICICI Bank.

If I don't take placement from college will I be able to get a good company from off campus as a fresher? and if yes how to proceed?

Is there really any point to getting an MBA if I already do management consulting? Like my projects are awesome, love the team, on cusp of Manager and the pay honestly is great. How hard is it to move into management consulting laterally once you are in B4/T2. I am trying to gauge whether I absolutely need an MBA to make the move or if I can get into the supply chain division first and then network my way through.

I’m blessed to be with my current company where I am one of the younger managers and they gave me an originally offer of 75k with a 10 % performance bonus. I have been in the healthcare industry for the past five years and currently I have 6months in patient access.
