If you want to get started in a tech company but only have management and business experience what do you suggest (I have an MBA)? Anybody have any good training tools I could use? What I should focus on learning?

I am currently working as an SAP commerce Business Analyst at wipro, YoE is 7+ , CCTC is 26lpa(24fixed). My concern is that people are getting much better compensation with such niche skills plus i have an MBA degree from IIM.

Whenever I raise the same concern with HR they say it's the band set by the company and believe me it's same for all!

Any idea guys which companies are providing the best in market compensation for these skills.

I recently accepted a position from BoA in the “financial advisor trainee program.” I will be able to get my Series 7 and Series 66. I live in SF Bay Area and this is my first position at a bank. The pay is 60k while getting licenses (4 months) and it will go up to 65k + quarterly bonuses. I have an undergrad in International business and recent grad with my MBA. I have 3 years experience in sales. Is this a good offer?How much to expect from quarterly bonuses at BoA? Any advice on the position?
