I'm currently in a BDR role but have been studying for my PSM and getting ready to take that test soon. Does anyone have any advice for how to pivot from sales to being a Scrum Master? It seems everyone wants a SM to have 3 to 5 plus experience to even look at your resume.

Need some advice from experienced folks

I am an expert in my field of Automation testing. Still working as individual contributor or framework architect.

But realised that after 12 YOE the demand falls significantly low. So upskilling in testing tools won't benefit much.

How should I upskill myself to get to next level?
1. CSM/PSM (I am familiar to scrum)
2. Test Manager
3. Anything else

Is my projections about demand correct? If yes, How to prepare for this migration?

I gave my interview in Mindtree on 3rd of September 2022, Technical 1 round went good and the interviewer told me that he is moving my profile to cultural round.

I have still not heard from Recruitment team for 2nd interview. How long does it take for them to revert.

I have more than 10 years of experience in Manual/Database Testing, Data Consulting, Data Quality and Data Migration using SQL. I am also a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). I am at 23 LPA currently so would like to know am i actually under paid. Looking at current market it's making me uncomfortable thinking that i should be earning more. Any suggestions how to deal with this situation.
