How to get a PSM certification

Thoughts/Advice... Non-Trad IT guy with liberal arts degree... Currently, Business Analyst 6 YOE 120K TC which is solid in my small market. I've upskilled with PSM and PSPO certs in last 3 months with ProSci change management cert on tap. That said, I see limited/no growth opportunities in my current company (many senior staff in comfortable positions), and would welcome further insights on dev goals, certs, market trends, etc as I look for remote opportunities.

I am a BA with 14+ years experience. I started my career as developer. So I have technical background as well. Domain exp in Financial services.
Now I am thinking of upskilling to sustain in IT for next 8-10 years atleast.
I see three paths right now
1. Project Management
2. Product Manager - Need to know how to upskill. I don't have any knowledge about data driven result or analytics. 3. Scrum master - have PSM certificate but not much real time exp. What should I do

I need honest advice on what salary I could ask for if I look for a new job . Basics- 2 yrs work ex as a senior BA (acn) , MS in engg, aws and azure foundational certs, PSM and PSPO certified , CAPM certified (all from self interest) , and I'm currently earning in the 50s. Recently laid off from Sr. Consultant role in energy in Houston. 4 years exp in supply chain/procurement and 2 in consulting (mainly tech PM work aka scrum). Have my MBA and PSM 1 cert. I know opportunities are far and few between right now, but looking for either energy or supply chain consulting role. Open to travel once resumed. Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?

Im someone with a "business" background (supply chain, procurement) that went to work for as a consultant for tech consulting firm after finishing my MBA, but now having trouble finding a project. Got my PSM 1 cert, but not sure what else to do. Not a technical person, never coded. What would you recommend someone in my position to focus on?
