I have a referral from Huron for a Healthcare Tech Sr Consultant position, and they just reached out for a phone interview. Can anyone advise on what that referral interview process looks like, i.e. number of interviews/rounds, tips on any case studies, etc. Additionally, what a reasonable salary comp is for a Sr. Consultant? What’s the average salary for a GH consultant with 3-4 years of experience in data analytics? Mostly interested to learn more from those with a data background or specializes in developing reports, metrics, and dashboards. I was significantly underpaid at my last job since it was for a non-profit and the job offer for the consultant position is 22-26% more. There’ll definitely be a learning curve but interested to know whether I should have negotiated for more or applied for a SC position.

Currently an Advisory Consultant at Deloitte for 1.6 years post college graduation making 75k. Got an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for Analytics role as a SC for 96.5k.

Advice for growth and or if the offer is worth taking? I get the salary increase is nice, but the network jump going from Big4 to non.

Is moving from Senior Consultant title to Product Manager title a lateral / backwards move? Job description for PM role says 2-5 years experience, yet I have 5.5 in consulting (albeit not in a product environment). I want to work more with technology so I am looking forward to PM role, but not sure how it will be viewed from the outside as I look to grow my career down the line.

Currently a consultant at a boutique firm. Really want to leave, preferably to industry but not having luck with offers. Got a B4 offer for Sr. consultant. Base pay would go from 90 to 110. I’ve already job hopped a bit (3 companies, 4 years). Should I take the job at B4 and try an exit in a year or two (with better name on resume), or decline the offer and keep looking?

After job hunting since Sept, i got an offer for a marketing role at an ecommerce. The role seems interesting and from my understanding the company has decent culture. BUT they are offering the same salary as my current and they say it's "non negotiable" Should I take it or counter offer?

If i applied to BCG China 1 year ago & got rejected, can i reapply now with a consultant's referral to the US (no resume improvements, just referral + applying to new geography)? Does BCG track applications globally & do they strictly require 2 years new experience for reapplicants? Would the consultant's referral make a difference in getting an interview 1 year post-rejection?

I am a US / EU dual citizen. I was borned and raised in the US and got my European nationality recognized by decent. Fluent in English only.
