Need your advice on a career move. I’m currently working in France as a Security Consultant (Freelance) and got offered a new role as a Security Architect. I used to act as an Architect before and it’s great. But basically I’m eager to stay in a position where I can really develop useful security skills. The role I’m currently doing in not that technical. But the company hiring me for the Architect one is firing a lot of people right now, earning less too.. what should I go to?

Hello Friends, need a suggestion/guidance.

I am working with Accenture (ATCI) as TL (LeveL 9) and is being offered a position of Senior Consultant (Level 4) in EY.
Total work experience is 10 years and post MBA work ex is 6 years.

Besides that, for CTC calculation, they are not considering my variable part (which is 18.65%) in ATCI and offering 20-25% on fixed part.

Is it worth the switch ? Any suggestions or inputs.

I’m current a SPM for a large SaaS company and am interviewing for a PM Consultant position. I gave my salary expectation, and when I asked if this fell in line with the salary for the position they said it would depend on what Band I fell in. How can I be prepared to negotiate?

Is it easy or difficult to go from being a consultant to a marketing role at a pharma company? All the job descriptions ask for at least 5 years of experience with brand marketing. I am not sure if consultants make the cut.

I am with the Cyber advisory practice making about 170k base as M. I got an offer from boutique firm with 195K base and 15 % bonus and title of principal consultant . Less than 20 percent travel post covid . Has anyone made the move from Big4 to boutique firm and what was their experience?
