I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Hi All, My sister has done Computer Science engineering Bachelor degree and has 5 years of work experience in India. She is applying for MBA at https://www.kenan-flagler.unc.edu/programs/mba/full-time-mba/ and https://kelley.iu.edu/programs/full-time-mba/academics/majors-minors/marketing.html. Her overall goal is to get into Software Product management. Any suggestions if any of these MBA’s can open path in the desired space or if she is better of doing an MS in Comp engg. to further develop deeper Technology skills. Thanks

PM is perfectly acceptable title - made the exact same transition. The question is how long before I can try for Sr. PM positions?
I'm currently transitioning from Senior Consultant at Slalom (previously was a manager at Big4, roughly equivalent titles). I'm in offer-level convos for Senior Product Manager, but only because I've been working as a product management consultant for the last 4 years. If you have little or no true PM experience, PM is an acceptable title.
I'm a senior consultant interviewing for senior product manager roles. Had interviews with faang etc.
How many yoe and any product/tech background? I was at a tier 50 boutique and wouldn't have sniffed a faang interview
Because they have no experience as a PM. Most anytime you switch from one role to another, you’re downleved. Same as moving from marketing to finance, etc.
To get into a PM role at a major company, you either need prior PM experience or go through an APM program (aka a downleveled role)
Consultants usually have to down-level to Product. PM is a lateral move.
Agree with D1 most consultants have to down level. That’s why I view PM at a respected tech company as an upwards move from a consultant. If you’re an engagement manager, I’d consider it lateral. If you’re become one at a true startup (un/low funded that’s a different story)
Why is it expected to move a level down?
