Anyone able to speak on Accenture’s Life Sciences cell and gene therapy (C&GT) consultant position? It looks like a subset of their LS practice but unsure if it’s like just implementation projects

Any recommendations on securing an exit opportunity in product management? Was a SWE, now consultant/product manager, looking for a PM role in industry. How do you set your application apart? Or is it hopeless without a referral?

Current client (ex Deloitte alums) put out an offer for svp at the regional Bank. Base salary 12% more than what I currently make as a 2nd yr SM - granted there was no salary increment last PY at Deloitte. Bonus and stock option structure more robust.
Would this be a good move? Have never worked in the industry and been 8 yrs with Deloitte and 3 more years as a consultant prior, so not sure what to expect. Those hiring are friends but not sure if the career trajectory or hustle mindset changes..

1. Data Engineer/ Data analytics (have a MS in this area)

Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?

Looking to move from Deloitte (Analytics & Cognitive) to smaller, cloud focused boutique consultancy. Going from SC @ 95k to their equivalent consultant role at 110k both incl super. Tried to nego higher but they won't budge. I feel job content-wise it might be a bit more challenging & interesting but don't know if the pay increase is worth the risk. I've been performing ahead of track and possibly up for promotion in June at D. Really don't know what to do...

Taking a step down from manager at big 4 to associate consultant at zs, big pay increase ~30 (100k ->130k) but also a double decrease in title. Help me think through this. How much would the title change impact future exit ops considering I already have manager experience?
Think I could ask for consultant title or no dice?

Reason for leaving is more consistent exposure to strategy work at zs, higher comp and what seems like higher annual comp growth.

I received a verbal offer for a senior consultant position with Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory for GPS but was also told that the position would be tied to a USDC. I am based in the DC area and was told that I could be hired to a delivery center during the interview process since they are remote. Is anyone else in a similar situation? Would I receive Deloitte advisory benefits or the USDC benefits?
