Dear Fishes, I am in a conundrum currently. I have two offers. One from Deloitte USI (17.5 LPA fixed, 1.75 LPA variable and 1.5 L joining bonus). The other is from Infosys (25 LPA CTC. Permanent WFH. Negotiation is still on for this.)
Could you please be so kind as to help me decide which one to choose?
Thanks in advance,
Fellow Perplexed Fish.

A 20K raise at your level is hard to ignore
Almost the same exact position as you were last year. Took the B4 offer and have no regrets. Am even getting very good exit interview offers less than a year in though I may stick around a little while longer

Agree with D1. That is a nice jump. And having a better name on the resume is good. Put up with consulting for another year and see if the industry offers occur.
EDIT: also, having a higher base salary will help salary negotiations on your next job.
Same sentiments as @D1... a 20%+ (20k) raise is quite substantial. I would probably take the job offer at B4, unless you are super in reach of an offer from T2/T1
