I got transferred to a senior position in my company but now I may be leaving to another firm. The new role was effective from November and I’ll be leaving in December. Do I bother listing it on my resume?

Doing an internal transfer to EY FAAS (out of audit). Am I being low balled on salary?

For context:
Currently an S1 in audit (just under 2 YOE); HCOL area
I also applied to PWC CMAAS and was underwhelmed with the offer.

FAAS Salary will be ~$100K (~2% raise from current aud salary); I'll be an S1 going on to my S2 year
CMAAS - Offered me a role as an experienced associate rather than senior, and a salary no higher than what EY will give me as an internal transfer

Should I be expecting more?

First year B4 audit senior in HCOL area. Making $92k base. 2 years experience. On a 9/30 client so just finished my third busy season. Are there any industry jobs I could switch to for a substantial bump? All the LinkedIn recruiters have industry positions with lower pay, and I’m not looking to switch to an advisory role.

So I received a msg from a headhunter for a start up with about 300 people and just got series D for 75M. The role is to work with CEO’s and very senior level people. The two issues I am having are: when I looked at some of the VP’s over the group…they wouldn’t be very senior anywhere else. One has been working since 2010 and until 5 yrs ago was a ESOL teacher. The JD also says they are looking for people with top consulting experience. They list MBB, D and ACN as they firms they are conti:

I’ve been looking at SF positions for director and senior director of program mgt. I’d be interested in knowing avg TC and what the WLB is like, and would really like to chat with someone in that role now, or someone who could refer me.

Underpaid? I’m currently working as a brand designer in-house but am more of an art director / senior designer role doing majority of the conceptualizing, photoshoot direction and content planning / creation for all emails, product launches and web design. 65k. When do you know it is time to go?
Senior litigation associate in what is considered Big Law in Canada. I am in very, very good position for partnership in the next two years… but lately my heart has not been into it. Been overloaded for some time now, not enjoying the stuff I used to. Considering going in-house, but pretty convinced I will be bored to death.

I’ve been looking for a senior accountant (industry role) for a few months now, with not much luck. Most of the applications we receive are for candidates with much more experience than what is required. I was expecting to see a lot of Big4 or mid-tier seniors or associates that are looking to move to industry, especially since the news lately is that PA firms are experiencing attrition at those levels. We’re offering competitive pay and great benefits. What gives?

Been assigned PM on a customer project about a month and a half ago, but haven't seen any raise/title change.
Customer is vocally happy with how the project is rolling, upper management is also happy. I setup a call with HR to discuss the position and the compensation. Wanted to get a feel of what's fair.

What is etiquette these days on sending a thank you email after the interview? Spoke with a senior director about a director role that I’m luke warm about but would report to him if I accepted the offer.

Has anybody noticed a disparity between the salaries that people report on Fishbowl versus the ones you find in the real world?

Looking at the salaries in the Real Agency Salaries spreadsheet for senior copywriters in NYC, most are in the 100-110k range, which aligns with what I’ve heard talking to recruiters.

But on Fishbowl people report salaries 130k+ for the same role.

I’m making 120k as a senior, which to my understanding was the high end of what a senior makes — or is it not?
