Can someone please explain to me Google‘s approach to seniority? I found a role that requires about eight years of experience even though I have about a decade under my belt. A professional contact at Google told me that it’s actually a very senior role based on its level and I wouldn’t be eligible. How does that make sense? Google
I’ve been interviewing for a position at EY . The role I applied for and was referred for is a Senior Consultant. However, when I’ve been receiving emails for interview scheduling confirmation I’ve noticed it only says Consultant. Is there a difference between Consultant and Senior Consultant at EY or are they the same? What’s the pay difference for both, if there is one? I just want to make sure they’re not trying to bump me down from the level I actually want to be considered for. Thanks!
About to interview for a technology strategy senior consultant role at Deloitte but I have never done a case before. Any tips? Anything to read up on? Will the case be technical in nature or more generic? Thank you!
