Currently SC at my firm and have two offers on the table. SC at Guidehouse and C at Deloitte with same salary. Which one to go with?

What’s the salary range for a Senior Consultant at EY in the PAS group? Roughly 4 YOE. Recruiter mentioned base should be around $120k but I’m hoping to negotiate.

Need Advice:Recently promoted to SC but with COVID situation & min. raise I’ll be making approx. 80k in DMV as tech SC. Should I jump to another big4 or MBB?Is that comp. low range?Only thing making me confused is what if there is a staffing issue or more lay-off in the other firm I jump. Anyone did the switch recently to either another big4 or MBB and can share their experience?

Any insight on the types of questions they’d ask? Is it all behavioral? Interview difficulty level? Have anyone been low balled when they joined a consulting firm? If yes, how did you go about fixing the gap in salary? I think I was low balled as a senior consultant and there was a gap of about 20-25% when I was made the offer. I was naive and did not negotiate - still living with the consequences.
