What salary should I ask for for NYC senior consultant Deloitte strategy. 6 YOE and asking for 150 plus 30 signing plus standard target bonus which I know I won’t get first year (assume 27%).

Can anyone tell what would CTC TCS offers for a 15.5 Exp resource. What would be the best designation one could expect to be offered with 15.5 years of exp.

Need advice in choosing between 2 offers :
Company 1 : $170k base + 10% bonus + 136k rsu + 5k sign on
Cons : junior title\level, hybrid

Company 2 : $150k base + 10% bonus
Pros : senior role\title, fully remote

Would you go for junior role for high salary? Would it hurt in future?

Alright fish, so I'm from a non-target school for consulting, for reference my school typically sends a couple to the Big 4 federal practices and FDD but definitely no MBB front office. Is there any way in hell I can break into some type of non-strategy role at a Big 4 firm with a B4 audit background and industry experience?
