VP @ 130k with 5 YOE is pretty good. Take it.
Yeahh i second this
That’s awesome! Congrats
Take it. No state income tax in Texas
Take it. Congratulations!
I’m an SVP with 7 YOE in Florida with $128k base lol
which company?
For that big of a bump, I think you have to jump at it even if they don’t go higher. But keep in mind with Citi they will make you earn every penny of that. I haven’t worked there myself but enough people have told me JPM is a stroll in the park in comparison to Citi.
Is citi hiring
I like it
Congratulations!!!
Take it
13 yoe VP Sr PM making 135k base in Charlotte for Wells (3 years in current role) can’t imagine TX being that much different from cost of living perspective so I’d say that’s a solid offer…or I’m pathetically underpaid
Please get bumped to 160K at LEAST, immediately!
Don’t accept 130k. Ask for 160k base, probably end up at 150k base.
Thank you for this advice !
How much experience?
About 5 total. 2 at chase and 3 at a prior marketing company
Sounds like a good deal - whats bonus range
I’d say at the lowest end 25k - upper end could be 50-60
Honestly that isn’t good. Go to tech PM 5 YOE 350k all in
I dont think tech is the place to be right now given the pending economic doom.
Hmm. Not bad, actually. But you should negotiate for a higher base.
VP - 5 YOE. Go for it. All the best
What’s the bonus structure?
Not sure yet! They haven’t told me
Nice offer. 👍🏼
Take it. Even if you hate it you’ve increased your income and will have added experience on your resume
