That sounds right for CDO. CDO is under the technology branch, not the consulting branch. It is seen as second tier to consulting by some. 16 is too little, should negotiate for from. 20 is the standard now, 25 pre-2015.
SC1- it's closer to that than anything else, but it should be noted that some CDO roles aren't out of the delivery centers, and are in fact client facing. The difference is mostly the expectation of technical expertise vs expectation of executive bootlicking in consulting
I get 25 but honestly struggle to take it all
Are you CDO? C&M analysts get 20 days starting off
Too late - offer is out. I’m going from 25 days at current firm to 16 at Accenture but my salary is increasing 50%
I get 24 days. Manager. Client & Market. 6 years of service.
I got 25 as an analyst
I'm in Client & Market and got 25 when I joined as an analyst
I have 25 days of PTO in Accenture Consulting
I’m in CDO and I got 25. But that was prior 2015 before they changed it. I think CDO gives 20 now so negotiate that for sure.
@A1 makes sense! Thanks for all the replies :)
That is very little 🌶
At what level? They offered me 21 at C
Which country is this? I thought ACN US gave a ton. What's the days by rank?
I get 22...
A2 - That’d be worth 30 days at Uncle D.
It’s in CDO, I was a little shocked when I heard that number.

What is CDO at Accenture? Isn’t considered second tier or something within the firm?
Client Delivery and Operations.
