Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking? I have also considered a sales analyst role considering that I am moderately versed in Salesforce and have worked both the customer facing and sales generating side. TIA!

At a tech company with less than 50 people and $6 M Revenue. Our current maternity and paternity leave policy is not good for attracting talent. 12 weeks for mom only 4 weeks paid and no time off for dads. I’ve been told my company is changing my title from Associate Director of BD to Sales Executive. I’m concerned it reads like a title demotion. Is it just semantics? How will this look for my career development? Curious about the standard perception of Sales Executive from a seniority perspective. Where does this land on the sales roles hierarchy? How are 1st year litigation associates dealing with WFH? I’ve been having terrible anxiety/panic attacks, and pretty sure my billables wont exceed 110 for April. Is it just me or do 90% of the jobs being laid off by big tech sound made up? Many job descriptions with multiple bullet points that all kinda revolve around the same idea. One of my buddies works for a big IT company and literally just sits on meetings all day. No one really contributing to anything other than agreeing to whatever the speaker is saying. Are these kind of jobs finally being exposed? Six figure employees getting paid to sit and bounce ideas off each other?
