Our PM has allowed a doctor to work under the influence and also has lied about company policies which then caused me to put my 2 weeks notice in (because what she lied about made it so I wasn’t able to work there due to scheduling). Is there something that can be done?

What is the justification for having 3 years of law school on top of undergrad? Hardly any other countries have this model

When is it time to give up on a job offer coming in and move on? Internal recruiter has been in constant contact with me and extremely positive, but the final decision seems to keep getting pushed off because they can’t get all the decision makers together to decide - 3 weeks now. Feels like I’m being strung along or maybe their second choice. I wasn’t looking to leave my current role, but this is an awesome opportunity. It’s starting to distract me in my current job though and can’t let it go.

When do you look for your next role?

Joined new company new team, finally happy with the people, the vibes, environment, but I want to work on a different product and industry (been in financial services for 4 yrs).

Previously I'd look immediately if I'm unhappy, but I'm happy for the first time and not sure how to strategize this.

I’m breaking into the devops world and actively started applying for devops roles.
I am not sure what to expect in terms of how the interview will go.
I believe I am fully prepared but still scared of the unknown.

There's collective bargaining by the engineering team about what tasks they take on (Grooming / Sprint Planning ~ Contracts).
There's regular feedback and round tables to see how to improve things (Retros ~ Union meetings).

Anyone else see this, or am I just being silly?
