Not sure if other firms are the same, at EY we can add “🏳️‍🌈 I support inclusion” in our email sig. Most people from Unity ERG don’t. If you don’t, why not? Particularly during Pride month.

I think it's time for me to leave EY, better opportunities ahead. Key reasons: 1) fake support of diversity 2) a gradually declining culture throughout the entire org and 3) awful bonus structure.
