I have a VERY long rant to get through. Please buckle in. My first PM job was at an agency where “protect the creative” was a PM mantra. My current agency see’s an entire team working 50hr weeks for months as a non problem. Wont recognize that FOUR creatives quitting in a 5 month span is a problem and consistently hand out due Monday 10am work on Fridays at 7pm. I am so sick and tired of the “its advertising - it’s just the industry “. The fk it is. It’s poor planning, mismanagement and abuse.

What would you use a CFA for in consulting? Feel like I have a pretty decent understanding of finance. Would it help with exits? Is it worth the time / effort? Dad is old school and is pushing me to get one
