How do I get title to insure projections onto a neighboring parcel as shown by a survey update and raised as exceptions on Schedule B?

Anyone know if working as in house at Disney is a good gig? It’s not a sweatshop like amazon right? Friend of mine is considering an offer from them.
Any attorney here a member of the US Court of Appeals District of Columbia willing to sponsor me for admission? Thank you!
I am a PI attorney who has far too many clients to manage. This is due to having 4 major surgeries over the last 2 years and my sudden loss of a very experienced paralegal and inability to find a similar replacement. I stopped taking new cases a while ago and still feel like I need to dump some of my more time consuming cases but I worry about doing so, for a myriad of reasons. At the same time, I feel like a failure and am sleeping less and less at night. How do I get out of this nightmare?
We interrupt this crisis to ask a boring question. How do you manage the never ending onslaught of email? How do you organize countless topical articles that you want to retain?
Me @5:30am: "Mostly airport runs or early commuters so far?" Uber driver: "Mostly people sneaking out of places they wish'd they hadn't ended up." !
Does your law firm do 360 reviews for partners and managers? Why or why not? Also what platform do you use?
There have been a significant number of posts and comments lately concerning impostor syndrome. Those experiencing it should know a few things (contd.)
Law firms (or any other businesses) who refuse to pay their support staff overtime - why are you like this? Not looking to shame, just want to get some hopefully honest responses.
How does one transition from a mid-sized (but respected) law firm to working in government? Graduated with honors from not T14.
Has anyone lateraled during the pandemic I’m biglaw? If so how was your experience transitioning? I have an offer but I’m terrified of lateraling the current climate- I am an incoming third year associate.
Worked my tail off, went to law school, spent $300,000, forewent three years of income. And all I got was this miserable job.
Don’t you hate it when someone sends you an email asking for time to talk later in the day and then calls you 5 minutes later?
Who else keeps making stupid ass mistakes (and yes I proofed my work)... normally I’m not one to make these mistakes esp this often but it just keeps happening 😡😡
What would you guys think of targeting higher income people with a 2-3 hour Bond seminar (workshop) on a Sat morning? Continental breakfast and a couple of breaks.
Sometimes some of the security rules on fed projects seem a little more post-9/11 xenophobic than necessary. If it's not a national security type agency, why does it matter if we use USI for a deck?
Looking at pursuing a designation. At this point I would like to focus more on portfolio management. I’ve been in the business 5.5 years. AAMS or APMA?
Anyone got PMI ACP certification? Who do you list as project contact? Manager for each project or is it your direct manager or HR manager or general HR contact? Any Audit exp you can share?
3rd year at a big firm, within Vault top 60, but in a smaller market with a very high cost of living (I don’t want to say where because it’s identifying). Starting salary is 110k, with 5k raises for each promotion level and bonuses are small, which is on par with market (maybe slightly under). The wrinkle: bigger-market partners farm out work to us at higher rates. Is it unfair US associates are paid differently but we all do the same work? Should I just move to a bigger market?
ACN folks: how can I book flights using our booking tool and still get the points? I've heard there is a way to hack this but I only know how to use the Accenture card (the gold one with shit points)
Left Big 4 in middle of talking to several companies so I can interview (9/30 year end wouldn’t have allowed interviews) . Last day has passed, when do I bring up that I am no longer with the firm?
do i have one more year (2018) to qualify for spg lifetime gold or is that going away in 2018? one more year to go for this benefit!
Market intelligence needed: - I have an offer at a boutique for a lateral move at 160k - Verbal offers received for “heavy” senior associate at Deloitte and EY Salary band at D and EY? (Con’t)
Current fed clerk (clerked straight out) onboarding back to the firm I summered with. Any suggestions on how to make the awkward remote onboarding as seamless as possible and get as steady of a work flow as possible (especially given that it seems that it is unlikely that there are many new matters coming in the door with others saying their hours have been from ongoing matters)? Don’t want to end up sitting and twiddling my thumbs because I’m new and people are protective of their hours.
I felt upset at self often - for being too accommodating, not saying no to guys I met on apps - and felt drained after Common scenario 1: made it clear to self and them that i have 0 interest after 1 / 2 dates but open to be friends. They continued reaching out - asking for “project advice”, inviting me to dinner where other guests turn up are all couples Common scenario 2: saw low compatibility/attraction from the get go, but giving in to 2nd date to “give people a chance” and “opening self”
