Preparing for a top grade interview (this will be my 4th round of interviews w/ this company). I’ve never experienced this style of interviewing before. Anyone have tips?

Those of you wanting to make a move, are you holding on to your current big law gig given the economic forecast or jumping anyway? Concerned about “first in, first out” and have good reputation at current firm (would not be the first to go if/when layoffs occur since others bill less) but dying to go in house after a decade in law firm practice.
I recently was hired on at a plaintiff's firm when I have been practicing on the defense side for three or so years. Any recommendations on reading materials to prepare for the switch (civil litigation/PI/probate, etc.) The partner recommended Rick Friedman “Rules of the Road" -- but that is very expensive. If anyone has read it, is it worth it? If not, any good reading ideas?
I’m currently a hr specialist and have 3-4 years experience in hr with 10 years fully admin. I’m now level 7 cipd qualified with a masters in HR and struggling to get into a hr manager role as I’m way overqualified for the role I’m in now. How hard is to break into manager role?

M&A folks and Real Estate folks:
On what percentage of your deals do you see an anti-sandbagging provision, and of the deals that have them, on what percentage is the buyer imputed with constructive knowledge of diligence materials. Please specify practice area as I’m curious about how each practice area differs on this point.
I’m a third-year litigation associate with a boutique firm, looking to lateral to a larger firm in the new year. My grades were average, probably top 40%, and I was on Law Review, but I can’t imagine my transcript stacks up well to other candidates I’m competing against. In my second year of practice, I was formally diagnosed with ADD and began taking medication, which works wonders. Long story short, if GPA comes up in interviews, is this worth mentioning? Potential red flag?
Anybody know any good tech companies that are hiring at the moment? Current company I am at is going down the drain fast due to poor leadership and financial decisions. I’m open to options….

I’m in my 3rd Quarter as an SDR and we’re paid on meetings booked. All Qs in 2021 and Q1 ‘22 goal were 21/Q… Q2 increased to 35 (with 0 evidence that we could hit this number)… no one hit it but we still did our best Q yet.
We’re < 1 week from the end of Q3. Our goal was 35, but as of 2 weeks ago they told us it has changed. They did not tell us how it changed, just that it had. They still have not given us our commission structure. We don’t know how we’re being paid this quarter.
Has anyone transitioned from being an Account Executive into a CSM at a new company? If so, how’d you do it and what was the process like?
Need some help regarding sales quotas. Can management increase your quota solely because you’re doing well and exceeding it? I’ve been here less than a year, and have since established my capabilities with sales, and my numbers now put me in at number 3 highest selling sales rep of the entire company. My quota has now been changed 3 times since being here, with the latest increase being a jump of 2x what my previous quota was, just because I had a good month. Is this normal/fair?
I am going to be working from home most of the time starting Monday. My high schoolers are doing school virtually from home. Any tips?

I have girlfriends who are working women, still say 'I need to marry a man who can pay for my beauty budget because its a lot!'. This comment annoys me to no end, and I want to say to them that this is not appropriate, not in today's day. If I say anything, I know they will say 'oh you're lucky you have a great job'. Do I speak my mind to them? Do I stop hanging out with these people? What do I do?
