I’m looking for a screening tool that will assess a candidate’s proficiency with MS-Teams. Would anyone know if there is such a thing that exists?

Looking for ideas on how other companies are celebrating and recognizing diversity holidays like LGBT pride month Juneteenth black history month women’s history month etc.Not just days off
How long does it take to get over ptsd from being in a toxic micromanaging environment? I was a top biller and top manager at a large staffing company for five years and was treated like a child. The place was crazy. Six months into my new role I’m still scared to request PTO or afraid that my boss would be mad if she found that I took an afternoon break to walk my dog.
Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
Any female MM/ENT AEs with SaaS or Fintech experience looking to make a move? Series D company positioned to IPO in 2 years. Would be wild if this works lol
Ladies & Gentlemen, with one month left in Q2, some will fall short of our numbers. Others will hit them. I can’t speak for all of us here, however, I can speak for myself. That being said, I will NOT be one that comes up short of my number. Now, this leads me to you all, to present a question. If you have to prospect, if you’re looking for new business, is it worth $1500 to put 95% of your prospecting process on autopilot? If so, let’s chat.
Hello! I have a two part question: 1) is it worth it to obtain an SHRM specialty credential if I don’t have the broader SHRM certification? 2) has anyone gotten the People Analytics or Talent Acquistion credential? If so, how valuable was it from a learning perspective? Do you feel it significantly contributed to your knowledge in either area? Thank you!
CA Law question. What are you doing with arbitration agreements? Interested to hear from everyone, and from securities industry too! We didn’t hire since January, but want to start next year, and the whole AB 51 thing is confusing.
How long, on average, did it take you to study before you could pass the PHR/SPHR exam? Did you think it was worth it?
Hi there! I need some guidance. HR and global leadership rolled out some amazing new initiatives like not starting until 10 am on Mondays, no meeting Fridays and required 2 additional summer days a month. The problem is, my boss refuses to comply with the initiatives. He constantly scheduled meetings before 8 am on Mondays and after 7 pm on Fridays. He also doesn’t let me take time off. Should I go to HR? I’m really not one to complain but I’m tired and extremely burnt out. Thanks for your help!
Can anyone recommend a certificate or course that is actually useful for developing professionals and/or reviewing performance? I don’t want/need something that is just a credential, I’m actually looking to get some formal grounding in these two topics so I can overhaul processes at my consulting firm. Thanks for your advice!!!
Currently, I have an employee who is struggling. Missing deadlines, making false promises to clients etc. Recently, I sat in one of his development sessions with his manager, and I was shocked at how disengaged he was and how junior he actually vs what we pay him. After some further investigation, we are afraid he lied on his resume and how his experience. How do you go about a situation such as this? This is a first for me.
Is there a way to verify an email address without sending emails? I need to verify A TON of emails, but don’t need to actually send them emails myself.
Hoping to get my PHR in the next year or so. Outside of employer reimbursement, are there other opportunities for this to get funded? I know SHRM Foundation offers scholarships for the CP, but I am looking for PHR specific help. Thank you! :)
Has anyone taken the PHR exam lately? What was the best test prep IYO? Online on demand , online live classes? Are the practice exams worth the cost?
What companies are hiring Life Sciences Consultants? I saw many positions open prior to Covid-19, but not seeing too many openings as of today. Would you recommend holding off on the job hunt? Thanks!
How to prepare for a interview at Goldman Sachs??? Please help. Analyst / senior analyst level here
Unrelated to law, but need some advice on how to help a friend. One of my best friend’s dad is in the hospital in really bad shape. She’s home with her mom and siblings. I want to send food or do something for them, especially since they just found out they may have been exposed to covid when visiting their dad at the hospital (not by their dad), and they have to quarantine for 2 weeks. If I were closer I’d make food and drop it off, but they’re 200 miles away. Any ideas?
Does anyone have any advice on best way to try to transition from Deloitte Advisory into a Management Consulting position without having any experience in MC?
From PwC bowl. I don’t think this is a widespread thing but want to unpack the idea of it. PwC is certainly looking at staff utilization for black employees to make sure they are getting put on jobs but that doesn’t mean better jobs. There are no saved opps for minorities, like wtf. And early promotion is definitely not a thing but could naturally happen when given more opportunity. It is insane to me that someone already privileged would even think of doing this to maintain their privilege.
Trump just aired what is essentially a campaign ad, attacking the press and praising his response, in the middle of the coronavirus briefing. He forced the country to watch this live.
Really want to exit consulting, but all I have experience in is making PowerPoint slides for our cloud practice… Where should I look to apply? I don’t actually have any tech skills (besides the aws ccp) but I really want to leave consulting for something with better wlb.
Fellow 🐠 - Based on your personal experiences, what are the 2-5 most important qualities you would look for in a new hire? Assume this is for an entry level position in the management consulting space. I’m rethinking a job posting and would appreciate your inputs!

On the delta app, only saw the option to request upgrade for Delta Comfort. I've been confirmed for this upgrade, but what about requesting 1st class upgrade? Last time I flew delta it had that option
Great PwC. You gave me an intern, who’s a partner’s child, with nothing but three college summers as a pool boy, with no ethics but a next level ego. WTF. Nepotism is so damn real with this kid.
Are consulting firms adjusting salary for employees working remote from a different state?
