Advice for FA who started their book building during a pandemic? Sounds like a cop out I know, but when your strength is in building new relationships in person being stuck at home hurts the stats. Also trying to find a book to buy has been surprisingly hard
Has anyone left the industry to go to grad school? Often think about missed opportunity but afraid of the debt/losing career/etc

Does your company offer an insurance payout to employees who opt out of your insurance plan and if so how much? We do, however we think it’s too low of an offering and would like to increase it. We want it to be logical from a financial standpoint.
I’m sick of seeing people wearing grubby clothes on Zoom calls. We are officers of the law and need to present ourselves accordingly. I don’t care that I’m working from home and my dry cleaner is closed. I’m pressing my own suits and wearing dressing as if I have court each day (even with no Zoom calls).
