I find myself struggling the explain things with the same eloquence as my colleagues. How can I improve my consulting speak? Any recommended books?

8400 take-home after maxing tax advantages accounts. I found a new construction home for $2780 monthly payment if I put 3.5% down. Monthly payment includes taxes, insurance, PMI, and HOA. I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. Can someone please advise that what is the process ahead, how much time it takes to get the offer letter from EY GDS or will I be contacted by HR for HR round and negotiations ?
