Hi 👋🏻 Would love some support here - looking to build out a bonus structure for a Sales Engagement Mgr role - it isn't a typical sales role - this person will be closing deals but not necessarily securing leads. If they will be scoring leads, it will be organic via conferences, partnerships. Of course, we want to encourage and incentivize this person. Potentially giving then an extra 20-50k bonus potential. Hi everyone, I work for large startup (300 employees) and I have been asked to develop a Progressive HR manual template. Some examples include gender neutral restrooms, lactation rooms, signing off emails with pronouns, and etc. Any tips/links for resources to help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!

I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? Hello, I have been with the same company for 17 years. I am a supervisor for a laboratory in patient services. I worked my way up and currently have no degrees. Has anyone been able to work their way up in a company and then find a similar job with another company? I’m nervous that I’m stuck based on the fact that I don’t have a degree.

I have been working in healthcare clinics and health techs for a few years now. I’m an independent consultant. Bust, a friend of mine referred me to a big bank job. The role is of data governance manager. What should I know for the interview, or how can I prepare for it? Any thoughts? They told me I don’t need financial background. Data is data, but they wanted to know metadata management and how do I build frameworks/implement enterprise systems.
