I’m curious - let’s say you have a role to fill but they are targeting only female candidates to balance out the team. What recruiting strategies can i implement to meet those needs?

I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.

3 years in this apartment without any pests or bugs..2 months before I move out I wake up to a mouse freaking out in one of my bags. I grab the top of the bag and walk it out.. as I’m walking it out I see a mouse that looked just like the one I saw in my bag run past me. This open office plan sucks. Besides the constant din, we've got 3 agencies crammed on to one floor, sharing conference rooms and huddle rooms. Agency identity is lost and it feels like an ad factory
