Quick question: Do you think is it fine to be asked for preparing an outline for marketing plan as an assessment test so, employer decide if you will be the right fit for position ?

Do you ever get disheartened by all the content you're pushing out, only to get a few people to engage with it?

I joined an agency about 2 months ago and every single day I get more responsibilities, to the point that I don't even know what my actual job title is. I'm frustrated, to say the least.

I have been promised a promotion three times now, but when the time comes, I'm told I'm not there yet. Why promise something if you clearly don't want to execute it?

Has anyone bought/ done the HRCI Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management? I already have my PHR, but I’m looking to gain more knowledge/skills and beef up my resume. Is it worth doing? The course is $239 and you get 12 Recert credits with it.

Hi all! I work in digital marketing / organic social. For those in organic social what platform do you use for scheduling posts, analytics, UGC, managing influencers etc? We currently use bizzare voice/curalate. I work for a national retail brand so we are posting 2x a day with tons of UGC and in house content. My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.

I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.
I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
