I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Google is a but notorious for down leveling. Definitely push for 6 but wouldn't be shocked at L5. The leveling conversation is not necessarily in the recruiters hands at this point though. It is evaluated throughout interviews by interviewers who are deciding 1)whether or not to hire you and 2) at what level

Also, TC between 220 and 320 at L5 (in your case probably closer to the higher end)

Okay, L5 looks likely. How do you recommend I push for L6? Level information I am finding online is very engineering focused instead of cloud S&O focused.
Agree with G3 - basically do your best and hope for the best. While the higher level is definitely preferred by most, part of the process is also making sure you come in appropriately leveled for future performance conversations. From a pay perspective everyone always wants more, but many times it is better to come in as an L5 that is average to above average earning good ratings (exceeds/strongly exceeds expectations) vs. coming in as an L6 but performing below average relative to peers ?(needs improvement ratings). Having an NI through perf may actually set you back more long term than coming in under leveled
