I can understand all of the except the last one, what’s the point of hugging a tree?

It's an arborist with a sense of humor

These sound weird but make more sense when you put it into context:

- Party entertainer/decorator
- Food sciences/recipe developer
- HR and workforce motivation
- Actress? (ngl, kinda stumped here…)
- One of the oldest profession! Huge religious component, they had this in Ancient Rome
- Builder/engineer/safety evaluation
- Zoo keeper/animal caretaker
- Sleep/medication testing
- Sexual/intimacy therapist
- Ok, I got nothing…

Creates new resume and cover letter for career change into professional Panda 🐼 Nanny! Thank you for posting! Reminded me to not be so serious lol 😂😉

Our senior creative leadership keep talking about winning Cannes Lions and D&AD pencils but none of them have actually won any since 2007 (that’s 14 years 😭 ) and between all three of them they’ve never won more than a couple of silvers, a couple of bronzes and a couple of in-books (that’s with a combined experience of over 60 years 😭). They have no clue 🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭. Tell me something about your agency so that I can feel better about the hell-hole I find myself in🙏

Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.

If anyone feels similar, how do you manage these feelings? I’m personally considering switching to an individual contributor role, but can’t help but feel like a disappointment if I do.

Any tips for organizing a bedroom, closet, dresser & bathroom? My teen has IADHD, and low executive functioning. Her room looks like a land mine. Clean clothes are mixed in with dirty, her desk is a disaster, she won’t let go of clothes she’s outgrown, drawers are open with clothes hanging out. A therapist said to close her door if we don’t want to see it but it’s more than that. She needs this important life skill & I don’t know how to help. Easier to organize w/o her but that’s not a solution.

What types of work accommodations can help people with ADHD? I am starting to believe 35+ of having not managed my ADHD has really negatively impacted me in career growth etc. I'm realizing a lot of things about myself are because of the ADHD. I want better for myself and family but 1. I don't enjoy the same things forever 2. Imposter syndrome and RSD make me believe it's acceptable to start over in new places at low salaries. 3. Typical college won't work for me. 4. I also can't relocate.
