OP - not to poke holes in your argument, but few questions for you because this does make a difference:

1) any missed timesheets, variance reports, excessive balance carry over on AMEX, missed independence confirmations?
2) how did you log 10MM in sales? Were you listed as a team member or Senior Manager PL in InterAction for all these wins?
3) was your travel time logged to your BU's authorized charge code so you were credited for that additional time?
4) are you an experienced hire? If so, from where?

your counselor sounds like part of the problem if they pitched you at a 5 and were negotiated to a 3

like

OP, i'm sorry for your situation, it sucks!! To those who mentioned a lack of OTJ - this makes me so angry because for the most part it is such BS. People in my practice send mass emails to fill each other's otj. I never played these games as this doesn't get along with my work integrity. But the fact that people take those seriously during round tables drives me crazy. When a person has multiple otjs without any comments - that should be a red flag!!!

70% util, minimal PD, made a slide here and there for RFP but no significant contributions, did not pass any exams, didn't travel much = 5 rating

Was asked to transfer to other practice early in year and stayed loyal to current practice. Realizing now, that was a big mistake. Opportunity has presented itself again, thinking it makes more sense to invest in that relationship rather than putting in effort with current leadership.

Got a 4 instead of 5 for bullshit reasons aka getting rounded down at the national level. Haven't given two shits since. Hard to care about EY when the big kahunas don't care about you.

EY7 so a senior needs to be selling engagements to get a 4 or 5? I highly doubt all 4 and 5 rated seniors sold projects.

Salty as fuck. Now you know why you got 3. Im going to drink to your misery feel free to join me

At EY - you failed 1 key metric, you did not kiss ass. Smh...
I would admit that you deserve a 5 and a 20% raise.

Hi there!
I completed the last round of an interview (presentation) last week. Originally they said they would be calling my references & then make an offer accordingly.
Today they updated that they'd like me to travel to their HQ (based in Nordics & I'm in London) for the final round where I'd meet the CEO, the hiring manager and a couple of people in the team.
I don't think I'm the only one in the process - even though initially the last round was the presentation.
What are your thoughts?

The CPA exam has a fee if you pay with a credit card. Will EY reimburse that fee?

I work in a small home care agency around 45 patients, 90 employees, including me and 4 other office staff members.

My position was office coordinator until my boys striped me of that title. But I assist with scheduling, I/T, tech support, supervising, payroll, billing, and more.

What am I actually doing? I feel over worked, over utilized, underpaid (but that's not the biggest issue) and over stimulated.

I just had a baby 4 months ago and have been at work since I came home from the hospital.

What is the benefit of high utilization % at PWC AC?

I joined last year and have utilization of 100%+. Wanted to know if pwc provides any incentive via hike/bonus % for this?

If NO, then going forward I will undercharge hours and get the utilization reduced to 50% or whichever is the min requirement. I dont see any reason to help firm earn more if I am not incentivized.
