That top right dot represents 98% of the practice, though.
I can't seek to see the scatter plot. Don't know how some folks are?!
Isn't 2 years normal?
It does not represent 98% of the practice- who told you this?
OP, being sarcastic of course but at least in S&O there tends to be a cluster at 5/5.
M1 - a midyear scatter was released if you had 2 snapshots completed, but the final one won't be out for a few weeks most likely.
What MO OP?
Your rating and metrics looks great. Do you have two snapshots checked performing at next level, if so they will automatically discuss your promotion. Have you had discussion with your project and counselor about your promotion?
This two factors decide your promotion
Yes, I have 6 snapshots submitted for Q4. I have discussed promotion with my counselor and he is hopeful about my promotion. The only think I am lacking is that I have only 28 hours worth of PRD work (16 for proposals and 12 for recruiting). I thought I heard we need at least 40 every year
Your utilization can waive your firm contributions. Good luck to you
I got promoted last year with 87% util, no PRD and less than two years of experience. You should be fine
It depends if this is your milestone year or not
What is milestone year?
Consulting term OP. Defined promotion cycles.
What about your project team? Counselor can't check performing at next level. Your team lead/PM who does your snapshots can check that option.
My team is supportive about my promotion - they have already conveyed this message to my counselor during the mid-year call. My counselor plans to have another call with them for year end. My team is still supportive about my promotion - I spoke to them a couple of days back before sending out snapshot requests
Also, thank you for your wishes :)
I have practically been working with the same client for over a year now - with the same team. Is that a problem?
^nope
Great - Thanks!
If no one is talking to you already about promotion odds are slim
