1. A&M PEPI SA - 125k base, 10k sign on, 10k min bonus paid monthly held against future bonuses. Avg bonus quoted 50k.
2. EY-P TSE SA - 120k base, 5k sign on, quoted 170k base after 1 full review cycle pending performance (1.5 yrs later). Alvarez & Marsal EY-Parthenon

Is negotiating offers the norm now? I’ve been at my company awhile and at the time I was hired they said they don’t do negotiations, take it or leave it and they’d offer the next person. I do believe we renegotiate now, however I’m not sure if it’s the rule, the exception, or somewhere in the middle?
