2 years of experience at BCG post-undergrad. Interviewed for the biz ops team and was told they thought I was a great fit for google, but just didn’t have enough tech experience at this time. I believe this was because I struggled in one of my case interviews. What other roles could I look at at google with my experience level?

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?
