I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

A big part of pay negotiations is confidence, even if you don't necessarily feel it. You work hard, you get good feedback, and you should walk in with the confidence of somebody who knows what they deserve. They can always say no or lower the raise a little, but don't do that for them.
You should be telling them what you want now instead of waiting on them. Don’t tell them your bottom, tell them higher
Confidence is tricky. Just keep reminding yourself of what you’ve said. The added responsibility and rising to that challenge. You can stay humble, but do not undermine yourself or what you want either.
There are plenty of YouTube videos out there on how to do this, plenty of influencers that will tell you how to negotiate your salary. It’s just like negotiating a raise.
