Wow that seems to be really low for a senior manager in LA... Assuming you meant Los Angeles and not Louisiana lol
Pro
No op meant Laos

Very low relative to management consulting but I am sure you must have known that already. 3rd year M, 192 base + bonus.

M1 seems like they're at Accenture
Are you home grown? Home grown Managers and Senior Managers are always paid less. I know a 3rd year Senior Consultant making $178K base (experienced hire so negotiated a lot coming in).
Rising Star
3rd year M as well, $160K base +bonus

VP1: in Los Angeles.

Please always use your YOE in this mix when you compare numbers. It is a metric that differentiates the spectrum across all levels. I'm always surprised to see posts on here comparing salaries without really paying attention to the details.
It shows how little firms pay. Most Partners make $500k. Most people won’t make partners. Making $300k + in consulting seems to me very difficult provided you do not make partners.

IBM1, the ratios of owner/executive pay to “average employee” are much better than almost any other industry. aside from Tech, which few are qualified to even interview with, there just aren’t that many $300k+ roles anywhere for non-leader level folks.
You are in advisory?
Sm in advisory= M in consulting
