Dude if you start comparing salaries stick to India unless you get a fb Google offer onsite..
Right now in India..the salary is crazy ..
If this would have been 5 years back you would have not gotten 30LPA... Even after 8-9 years people were happy with 13-14lpa..
So better question would be...do I want to live in India or experience a Netherland/ europian life style..
Your way of living and your excitement to work in other countries decides where you want to work. That's your answer

@analyst 1
I have few points here
1. Why are we still thinking about hikes with 30lpa ,if you stay in India you should think about I'm i worth 30l ,if yes then you will do the job you hired for if not you will have to come to that level. The salary is crazy right now and mostly it's coming due to startups..i'm in a start-up I got 15% hike without doing a bit, this made me confuse than happy that are they just Letting the money flow to retain the talent ,what will happen if they stop the funding
2. We are in a very good postion than anyone else..my brother just made switch from 3 offers in a core company his pay increase was 30%.. and he has to change cities. So we should respect that and settle..
3. Life will be same but better in india and even if you get fired you will get a job
4. The outside opportunities are totally upon you to take .i have 40lpa here by God grace and I got 20k per month in Poland .still i'm thinking to go .just to see how the life is in Europe.

Would you mind convey this information in English.
India if WFH
65K in The Netherlands is like living a little above poverty line. If it’s Amsterdam, then it’s definitely very close to poverty line.
30 LPA in India would be close to 100K Euros in terms of PPP. Considering 180K INR as monthly salary would roughly equate to around €8000. You’ll never get that in Europe.
And Europe is not as rosy as it sounds. There’s a housing crisis going on and houses would be cramped. You can get a half decent house on the outskirts but commute will be a couple of hours.

If it’s 70LPA combined and you can come back to the same or similar salary, then no issues. Also, this whole discussion excludes FAANG and similar orgs.
Again, it depends on everyone’s preference. If you want the experience, then it’s completely your decision. I talk only about those who swap a good salary here for peanuts salary in Europe.
Is 65k including 30% tax??
Yes

If u r single go
Netherlands, don't just look at the money. Look at the quality of life. Plus India is not a good country to live in. If given a choice, I will leave for half the money I earn here
