I am currently working world's largest beer company. I have current CTC of 25 LPA and I am expecting hike of 10% at least within the company.
I got interviewed at Pepsi Co for Lead -2 position and have cleared all the rounds. How much can I expect, I have just asked 30% on current CTC.
Please do let me know as it will be very helpful. Do they provide relocation allowance, do i need to submit any documents for them. Also, do they offer any joining bonus?

Have you considered that you are not breaking into tech because they might be looking for certain skill set that you might not have, or might be marketing correctly? Might be able to land Corp Dev but to be honest, those are illusive roles that MBB will land. So at the end of the day, we are still competing with MBB and losing. This thread tells us enough to work out why you haven’t got an offer yet. And it’s not because you’re too old.
Let’s not be too harsh on OP MC1. I don’t think what they need is more blows to their self esteem. Consulting abuse is probably what’s making them feel so hopeless right now.
Maybe you don’t have core skills or expertise in any specific function. I’ve been getting FAANG offers almost every year without any major effort but I have engineering degree and some (2 years) supply chain experience prior to consulting. Also I have declined almost every single one of these offers ... FAANG isn’t really a lot of $$ and should not be tour end goal. Be more open to other opportunities.
Try Corp dev roles, you might get lucky as these are consultant roles.
Sr Program manager, product manager, analytics manager, sales, consultant. Others also try Corp dev roles

Sm, when you’re 66, you’re not gonna be thinking you have tons of life left in you. I’m talking about life that you can actually enjoy. 65 is probably about that age. So at 33 you’re half way there.
Please, I’m over 40 and I get contacted by FAANG-type recruiters all the time. It’s about skills and experience, not age. A former colleague recently left Deloitte for a senior role at AWS; he had over 30 YOE.
31 year old checking in. Look forward to the ‘end of career’ in 2 years.

I exited to Amazon from D 3 years ago. I got poached from Amazon as they were implementing a cloud system that I have 8 yoe experience in. It’s much easier to get in if you have a niche tech skill that they need rather than general management or strategy consulting where there is more competition and less of a direct fit to their roles. I got promoted to principal product manager last year and total comp is around $350k. I’m 31 and most of my colleagues are around my age.

Are you in a major city or smaller city?
How much are you preparing for interviews / networking?
Have you taken time to really figure out what you want to do and craft a compelling story?
Have you taken some time after consulting to “heal” before the search?
How much time and energy are you spending to prep for conversations / interviews? Have you gotten any feedback on your interviewing skills?
This question is just for my own education - what does FAANG stand for?
