770 credit score, didn't get auto-approved for CSR. How long will it take? No other cards in past two years. Should I be concerned?

My cousin has moved to another company from DXC technologies.
In DXC, PF amount is not credited in to EPFO directly.
We have UAN and it looks like not activated.
How can we transfer PF amount from DXC to EPFO portal?
There is no relevant response from DXC till date.

Does anyone feel like they don’t want to go back to normal? On the one hand, absolutely I want to. I miss seeing friends, dressing up, going out, and traveling for work. We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles.
