7am or 745am flight out of ORD. Leaving from River North. Is it even worth it taking the 745am based on travel time in the morning? When to leave if taking 745am?

Is it a red flag when a recruiter talks about unrealistic benefits like getting a chance to fly to another state just to visit the client HQ all expense-free? Or is it really a thing? Let me know if you have experience like this.

They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. I’m trying to get an estimated ideal of what my costs would be when moving to Chicago. How much do you spend a month on “going out” (before pandemic)? Specifically referring to going to restaurants, getting drinks, take out, and coffee. Not including transportation.

The Albertsons (Jewel) and Kroger (Mariano’s) merger would be terrible for Chicago. I doubt antitrust will allow them to retain all stores here. Maybe a player trying to enter the region will buy out those stores.

I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I don’t expect her to make every decision correct nor do we have to agree with all of them. I believe she should be correct around 75 percent of the time but I believe she is in the 50 percent range. I know everything doesn’t fall on her shoulder but things haven’t been great as of late. Hopefully they figure out something soon.
