Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

Ask people you trust for feedback on your portfolio. Work on side projects to add to your book. Keep the momentum and it will happen
I don’t have a job to offer but I’d be happy to take a look at your book and provide any feedback I can.
Sure! Would love that! 🙏
I can also look at your book and offer up notes.
That'd be awesome!
If you’re in NYC I’ll take a look.
If you are seriously a mid level and having trouble getting a job then something is wrong. May not e your work , could be on verbal cues during interviews ie attitude or you’re being too picky or something else. Plenty of jobs at your level. You have to be completely honest with yourself. You know what it is but probably not allowing yourself to accept it.
@CD1, I replied in a message below that I am a junior who is trying to find a job. I don't have any black dots or anything like that. I know I don't have the best book, I think it's decent for a junior with no professional experience and I am fully aware of all the minuses it and I have.
However, it's super frustrating to get good feedback that actually doesn't lead to anything. Maybe they are lying and that's what scares me the most.
But bottom line, I am a junior looking for my first job ever.
Oh and I THINK I am in great terms with everyone I've ever met. There are absolutely no burnt bridges from what I know, but everyone has a different perspective on everything, so you never know...
I must add that I'm a junior - I don't know why the app shows something else. I tried to change it and I couldn't.
I live in Europe.
Keep going to Stefan !
