Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

companies open roles to recruiters almost always because they don’t want to spend the time or effort on the initial screening process. having an agency screen candidates increases the chances that the company won’t waste their time on duds in the interview process.
in short, often times your odds of landing a job that’s being worked by recruiters are much higher than if you were to apply directly to the company’s portal.
If you are qualified they will most likely get you the interview, and advocate for you because they get paid if you accept. That being said, they will push for you to accept the offer…like a realtor, they need to close the deal to get paid.
