A company I was interviewing with sent me an offer letter which does not state the seniority. The role I interviewed for was Senior Mechanical Design Engineer but offer letter states Mechanical Design Engineer. When I talked to the recruiter she said, the company have a policy to NOT include seniority in the offer letter. Is that true? What are any disadvantages if any for someone on an H1b visa?

Turns out job wasn’t as advertised. Mutual parting of ways 3/22. Due diligence is critical.
Now interviewing a LOT. Some temp work, I still have “it”. I relate to all gens. Willing to mentor AND learn from all. Tech savvy, CTE from day one. Leads?
