I've gotten the Deloitte D launch orientation survey. Me start date is on the 16th (less than 2 weeks). I've emailed BI onboarding twice, called my recruiter asking if they are ok with background/employment verification check and I've not gotten a response. My manager says they will retain me by providing the same offer what I got in Infosys, i have put my resignation and my manager is calling me on weekly basis and saying that he is talking with senior leadership. Will TCS retain me? Suggestions please. I heard TCS has stopped allocating funds for retaintion is that true?

My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
2) i don't have a relieving letter from one of the org as they only provided an exp letter, in the same company.
