Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

Hi Fishes, Any senior staff engineer here, role associate project manager at Nagarro. I would like to know more details about project allocation and work you do. I recently got selected as one. I can see a lot of heat from developers against nagarro here but what about mid level management such as associate project manager!??
TIA

Trust your gut. The clients who are problems at the beginning when the relationship is fresh don’t get better with time.
If it causes more headache than profit, then 100% agree.
‘We’re not for everyone, to qualify, new clients are required to commit to our agency’s minimum level of engagement of $x’
Nice, smart, has $$...I worked for an agency that made having a minimum of 2 a requirement. If you’re not in dire financial straits I agree you should kick ‘em to the curb.
Based on what you said I am going to walk back on my earlier comment. Don’t take these guys on even if you need the $$$. It’ll hurt morale and you’ll lose people.
Cut your losses and run. Don't forget the sunken cost bias
