Today’s shout-out is to the corporate associate on the deal team who wants numerous specialists to hold a couple hours open so they can “hop on” diligence calls with no context or background for “efficiency,” causing said specialists to look foolish, to unavoidably be repetitive, and not able to account effectively for what was said on the call earlier, while 5 corporate lawyers are sitting on the call the whole time. Now that is some efficiency!
